Coronavirus
Reconsider Health is still open for business, and very much able to fulfil and send any future orders. But please be mindful with the current situation may cause some delays in getting the parcel to you, due to health and safety restrictions that are currently in place.
Shipping locations
United Kingdom: For the moment we are only able to send orders to the United Kingdom, Northern Island and the Channel Islands.
Rest of the world: We are not able to send deliveries outside of the United Kingdom, but we are working currently to policy update soon, starting with mainland Europe.
Postage & packaging
We offer free delivery for product orders over the price of £100.
All orders placed have a fee of £4.99, which covers the cost of postage and packaging. Parcels are usually shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour.
Order dispatch
Once we have received your order it will be shipped within 3 working days. If the order is placed before midday then you could receive it within 2 working days. If you’re located in a fairly remote area then this may take slightly longer depending on the where you are, and the local courier services on hand. Overall we will try and get your package to you within 5 working days.
Damaged goods
If you receive one of our orders that has been damaged whilst in transit then please contact us immediately via our contact page. We’ll then get you to send photographs as evidence, which helps us to show to the shipper/courier.
